Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Are your cacao products single origin?
Yes. Our cacao is 100% single-origin from Guatemala.
It is grown and sourced exclusively from our farm and carefully managed from harvest through fermentation, drying, packing, and shipment. Because we control the process from origin, our cacao is fully traceable and maintains the distinctive flavor, character, and quality of Guatemalan cacao.
What is your return policy?
Can I buy cacao in bulk for my business?
Yes. We offer whole Guatemalan cacao beans in bulk for chocolate makers, chocolatiers, roasters, smoothie bars, specialty food businesses, and manufacturers.
Our bulk cacao is available in 44 lb (20 kg) and 100 lb (45.4 kg) bags. Inventory is already imported and stocked in Tennessee, making it easier for U.S. businesses to order without handling international importing themselves.
For larger-volume or recurring wholesale orders, contact us for pricing and availability.
How should I store cacao products?
Store cacao products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors.
For best quality, keep the package tightly sealed after opening. Cacao beans, nibs, powder, and other dry cacao products should be stored in a stable, low-humidity environment.
Cacao butter and cacao wafers are more sensitive to heat and should ideally be stored at 72°F (22°C) or below to help preserve their texture, flavor, and quality.
Avoid refrigeration unless necessary, as condensation and moisture can affect cacao when the product is brought back to room temperature.
