Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cacao Sense Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup warm oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Warm the oat milk gently over low heat — do not boil.
  2. Whisk in the cacao powder until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add honey, cinnamon and sea salt; whisk again.
  4. Pour into your favourite mug and sip slowly. Pure ritual.

Tip: For a frothy finish, blend for 10 seconds before serving.

Silky Dark Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 200g Cacao Sense Cacao Wafers
  • 200ml warm cream (or coconut cream)

Method

  1. Place cacao wafers in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat cream until just steaming, then pour over the wafers.
  3. Let sit 2 minutes, then stir slowly from the centre until silky and glossy.
  4. Use warm as a glaze, or chill to pipe and fill.

Tip: Add a pinch of sea salt for depth.

Cacao Nib Energy Granola

Crunchy, nutrient-dense, and naturally sweet — nature's chocolate chips baked into your morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup Cacao Sense Cacao Nibs
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup mixed nuts
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Mix oats, nuts and salt. Stir in honey and melted coconut oil.
  3. Spread on a lined tray and bake 20 minutes, stirring once.
  4. Cool completely, then fold in cacao nibs so they stay crunchy and raw.

Tip: Store in an airtight jar for up to two weeks.

Method

  1. Melt cacao butter and coconut oil gently over a water bath.

  3. Whip with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
